Since 1989, the company is continuously trusting UL-Solutions Factory Inspections for its own efforts of optimizing manufacturing and production sites as well as fulfilling customer needs regarding the usage of UL-recognized materials and labeling requirements.

Consequently, the whole team demonstrates this commitment through the strict implementation of the standard ISO-9001 for Quality Management Systems in all its processes and relations from customer needs to supply chain demands up to regulatory bodies and legal requirements.

With over 60-years of history, the globally active Amper-Plastik has been and is committed to its social responsibility and sustainability goals. In this tradition and as a member of the technical plastic products association (TecPart e.V.) Germany, the company is also a proud signee of the TecPart Code of Conduct, which promotes global standards of ethical and moral business processes, highest levels of compliance in the area of market competition as well as being a fair and responsible part of the global eco-system.

For years Amper-Plastik has been commissioning – on a voluntary and a year-to-year basis - certified energy auditors (Norm EN 16247-1: Issue 10/2012) to track the progress regarding the company’s sustainability goals in a transparent manner. This open and voluntary commitment does not only increase transparency but also contributes to the customers needs regarding their sustainability strategies in the whole eco-system.

As a globally acting company with many different customers but also a strong regional and local attachment, our responsibility for the environment is of utter importance. In this context Amper-Plastik is challenging itself to decrease CO₂- emissions significantly on a yearly basis, which was proven by the very impressive and most recent reduction of 145.010,65 kg CO₂ in the year 2022 in comparison to the year 2021.

This year’s Partnerstein-Employer award 2023 was presented to Amper-Plastik for the outstanding engagement in the partner-like creation and implementation of multi-facetted Work-Life balance projects for its employees. Those implemented and promoted HR actions are centered around equal opportunities, from equal pay policies, accommodation of the disabled and disadvantaged individuals to providing integrative possibilities for ethnic minorities.
