With the installation of a high-precision, optical measurement system at our production site in Dachau, Amper-Plastik continues the forceful investment in the industry of the future. The smart 3D coordinate measuring machine of the VL model series by Keyence allows a fast and contact-free measuring of micro to larger scale components with a side length of up to 500 mm. By scanning the articles from all sides in a 360°-capture 3D images are created to be subsequently processed and easily shared.
More performance in the tool room! This could be the slogan at Amper-Plastik since July 2019. For with the C250 machine from the Hermle Performance-Line the Dachau-based company invests in a brand-new milling and boring centre and thereby modernizes the internal tool shop. A further high-tech machine made-in-Germany, and element of the corporate strategy of manufacturing more precision injection tools in-house. A long-term goal consequently pursued over several years.
Amper-Plastik – our name stands for high precision. And precision needs to be measured. Therefore a new multi-sensor coordinate measuring machine was installed in June 2017, the Werth VideoCheck® S. Until December 2017 also the progressive training of all responsible quality staff members was concluded, so that all features of the new machine can now be fully utilized in daily business. After all a high-tech measuring device also requires professional handling.

In May 2018 the sixth all-electric injection machine was installed in the factory – a Sumitomo (SHI) Demag®, type series “IntElect2”. Thereby not only a higher productive capacity but also an increased article quality are achieved.
